Ocean Systems Engineering - An International Journal is an academic journal that focuses on the field of ocean systems engineering. Intended to publish research results related to the design, analysis, development, operation, and management of ocean systems. It involves a wide range of topics, covering multiple aspects such as ocean engineering, technology, and science, including but not limited to the following fields: design and analysis of marine structures (such as ships, offshore platforms, etc.); Marine resource development technology; Marine environment monitoring and protection; Marine energy system; Marine communication and navigation; Marine robotics technology; Modeling and simulation of ocean systems, etc.

It provides a platform for researchers, engineers, and scholars in the field of ocean systems engineering to exchange and share the latest research progress, innovative technologies, and practical experiences. Some influential scholars in ocean engineering and related fields may serve as editorial board members or reviewers of the journal to ensure that the published papers have high quality and academic value. For example, Professor Muk Chen Ong from the University of Stavanger in Norway is one of the editorial board members of the journal.
