The Canadian Journal of Film Studies/Revue Canadienne d 'é tudes cin é matographiques is a leading academic peer-reviewed film journal in Canada, published twice a year since its inception. This journal is co edited by Liz Czach (University of Alberta) and Andr é Loisele (University of St. Thomas), funded by the Film Studies Association of Canada/Association canadienne des é tudes cin é matographiques, and supported by SSHRC/CRSH.
The ISSN of the journal is 0847-5911 (print version) and 2561-424X (online version), and the publishing languages are English and French. This journal covers research in the fields of film, radio, and television, and publishes academic articles, book reviews, and review articles on film, television, and other mobile image media. The review process for journals is anonymous and requires authors to follow specific formats and guidelines when submitting, such as double spacing, page numbering, and using citation formats recommended by the Chicago Manual.
