我发现自己关注她居然有一段时间了，理由不仅仅是她让人觉得柔和舒适的嗓音，应该还因为她和自己曾经的一位好朋友是同名的缘故了。

虽然和那位朋友身在同一城市却已久不再联系，彼此间有难以跨越的时间隔阂感，但曾经纯真时代的回忆还是很症状美好的。

这位冥想老师和我的同学一样有一张知性美的脸庞。

翻到的她的视频刚好讲的是，最近越来越火热的天气，很多人容易焦躁，老师就讲了一些关于如何调适心态以及关于冥想的话。

关于腹式呼吸，近来是越来越被大众所熟知，就是用鼻子呼吸而不是用嘴巴，然在吸气的时候腹部要鼓起，呼气的时候腹部缩回。要点就在于，过程要缓慢深长，把注意力放在自己的呼吸上，与此同时放松自己把心灵放空，也就能达到冥想的效果。

前面翻过那座不起眼的小山就是我的故乡了，看吧，的确小得要命。

周围遍布着错综复杂的杂草丛和雨后积起的水潭，太阳毫无预兆得射进水潭，亮亮地刺眼得让人直叫心烦。平日里，没什么过年或什么让人关注的节日之类的，难免会有人会为此来光顾这巴掌大的地方。

车不急不缓地穿过群山，一座座山峰不高不畏，好像可与我并行。树杈上都挂满了一串串的冰柱，晶莹透亮，比那雾松更引人入胜。因为这里的路不算宽，所以开车的人永远是最提心吊胆的一个，眼睛直直地等着车窗和后车镜，生怕一留神车就与旁边的树丛擦肩而过。最让人心烦的还是这坑坑洼洼的泥路，记忆最深的是在夏天在车中一起一落地弹跳着，原本就已汗涔涔的人们越发头疼。但小孩们就可乐了，好像是因为城里没这好玩的玩意儿，竟享受起这会“跳舞”的车。绕个七八圈就到了。下车的人们不免发出一阵唏嘘，庆幸自己结束了这痛苦的旅途。

不用解释，路边的一坨坨黑糊糊的不明物也就是刚经过的一群群野牛肆无忌惮地排泄出的牛粪了，不习惯的人觉得有些令人作呕，习惯了的呢，竟也会觉得这种天然的味儿是怀念的了。往上坡走，“嘎嘎”声杂乱无章地遍布着，那是野鸭受到惊吓的撕心裂肺的喊叫。大人们捂着耳朵不急不慢地走过去；胆儿大点的小孩们则是邪恶地往鸭子堆中扑去，看它们恐惧地往草丛中钻去的窘态，倒也笑得不亦乐乎。

发现了没？越往这低低的小径上走，越就越吃力。这时，胆儿小的就别硬撑着回头了，身后这时就感觉像那种站在城里的观光楼的最高层往下望，脚后下方就是另一批的人的人头微微攒动。小孩们这时就不敢逞能了，小手紧紧握住深深嵌进石墙中又微微有些突起的岩石，姿势显得十分滑稽。大人们背着手踱着，力不从心走了几步又自由地歇了歇脚，顾了顾这小径的身旁的浅浅的荷塘。只一眼，就许久没再继续踱步了。

与阳光相交融的荷塘上面，看到的是在阳光下的田田的叶子，一大片肆无忌惮地展开，也碰巧正为在叶子的拥护下生长着的一些零碎的白的黄的浅红的不知名的水花挡了滚烫的阳光。镶嵌在叶与叶中间的那些荷花有袅娜地开着的，有羞涩地打着朵儿的；正如一粒粒的明珠，又如碧天里的星星，又如刚出浴的美人。乍一看，就便回不了神了。不论大小，都定定地死瞪着这浅浅的小荷塘，老人家们则清一色都早已放空了。这便是应了周敦颐中的《爱莲说》，这正是不俗不腻：予独爱莲之出淤泥而不染，??清涟而不妖，中通外直。不蔓不枝，香远益清，亭亭净植，可远观而不可亵玩。大家子们对视着会心一笑，也便继续往小径上上路了，谁也没点破，但谁也心知肚明。关于故乡，我深知我了解不够多，因为它不够花俏，不够妖娆，不够难忘。永远只是在我的心中浅浅地划过，不会留下它的痕迹。小小的它不懂怎样吸引人瞩目，只是永远呆在那山的后一角，默默做着自己，或许不够美丽，但却自然。
