摘  要：随着我国改革开放的不断深入，英语的重要性已逐步凸现在各个方面。中职生学英语的重要性和必要性已得到社会各界的广泛认同。在整个中职教育中英语占有重要的地位。然现实情况并非如此，英语几乎成了中职学校师生最为头疼的一门学科。尤其是学生学习英语的积极性不高、效果差这一现实情况始终困扰着广大师生。教师们不免感叹：为什么我们教的越来越累，学生学的越来越差？

关键词：英语教学；中职英语；问题

一、当前中职英语教学存在的问题

（一）中职学生学习目标不明确，学习动机不足

在课堂中，学生玩手机、窃窃私语、看课外书等现象时有发生。学生对英语学习不重视，得过且过，不会积极主动的学习英语。笔者认为出现这一现象的原因是：一些中职生一方面学习目的不明确，对自己的期望值不高，但又不想放弃读书机会；另一方面又受社会上“读书无用论”影响，想放弃读书，自己到社会上挣钱；一些中职生可能经过屡次考试失败，再加上老师、父母对自己的指责，认为自己不适合读书，于是学习动机不足。

（二）中职学生学习基础很薄弱，英语学习能力低下

好多中职生入校时英语基础差，底子薄，学习跟不上，越学越差，形成恶性循环。学习活动时思维迟缓，情绪消极。很多学生初中甚至小学时就没养成良好的学习习惯、没有掌握正确的学习方法，致使学生对英语学习走进死胡同，丧失自信，进而更加厌恶学习甚至拒绝学习。

（三）教师教学手法单一，难以激励学生学习热情

在中职学校，英语教师的知识水平和教学业务能力参差不齐，教师对外界信息量接受少，教学观念陈旧、教学思想落后。教师普遍感到难以组织好教学，但找不到适合中职生的教学方法。英语教学方法简单、枯燥、手段滞后。教师片面强调灌输知识，理论和实践挂不上钩，脱离生产和生活。教学评价过于单一。客观上造成一些学生学习兴趣大减。

二、如何能使能使学生爱上英语

（一）教师帮助学生激发英语学习的兴趣

1、帮助学生对其英语学习失败进行正确的归因。根据归因和自我效能感理论，如果将失败归因于不努力，则会对未来产生较高的预期，成功有望。教师应培养学生正确的归因方法，使学生对自己的失败有一个清楚的认识。其次，帮助学生明确学习目标，提高其对学习动机的自我意识水平，中职生中相当一部分学生学习目的不明确，无从自我激发。教师可以帮助学生根据自身情况，为学生制定一项近期目标和长远目标。这样就可以使学生有那种跳一跳就能够着果子的感觉，然后再逐步强化中职学生的学习动机，培养他们对英语的兴趣。最后，教师们应尽可能发现他们身上的闪光点，鼓励学生，树立信心。

2、教师尽可能多的创设英语学习情境，激发学生的认知好奇心。动机的产生受两种因素的共同影响：内因与外因。教师不妨先创造英语学习的外因，在学校里创设英语学习情景，增大信息输入量，刺激学生的多种感官，使学生置身于浓厚的英语氛围中。课堂教学中，教师要针对中职学生的实际情况，突出现代职教的特点，注重实用性知识的教学并充分体现专业特色。教师在教学过程中可适当补充与课文相关的，同时也要与学生的实际生活相联系的话题。使学生积极参与教学过程，提高英语学习兴趣。

3、紧扣社会实践，整合教学内容。在英语教学中，教师应结合学生的生活实际，合理利用、拓展教材，积极开发电视、书刊、网络信息等丰富的教学资源，组织学生开展多彩的英语课内外活动，以唤起学生积极参与英语学习活动的热情。

 （二）教师须成为学生学习的楷模

教师是教育的关键。是教师义不容辞的责任是培养、提高学生的学习动机。当然，教师首先须学会学习。一位好教师仅具备专业知识是不够的，他还须具备丰富的学习经验和学习能力。面对知识生成和更新不断加快的现代社会，教师不仅须具备胜人一筹的学习能力，始终保持知识优势。而且还须有真知灼见。这就要求教师能博采众长，学无止境。否则，就难以激发学生的学习动机，也达不到较好的教学效果。

（三）创建和谐师生关系，激发学生的学习动机

越来越多的教育心理学家认为：帮助学习落后、学习动机缺乏者最好的办法是情感教育。如果教师对这些学生采取冷漠态度，他们就会自暴自弃、厌学弃学。反之，教师不歧视、不冷淡，做学生的良师益友。他们则会亲其师，信其道，努力学习以报师恩。因此，教师应多关心学生，与他们多接触、多了解，以此来高他们学习的积极性。

（四）采用分层教学，进行多元评价
