一、作文选使用上的误区

就目前市场上作文选品种及质量，我做过多次实地询查并发现，面对各书店种类繁多的作文选，学生根本无法甄辨出适合自己的最佳刊物，甚至连有些语文老师也会对茫茫如大海般的作文选迷失方向。例如在作文选的使用环节上就值得商榷：

1.误用作文选

《语文课程标准》关于习作教学给出了建议：“写作是运用语言文字进行表达和交流的重要方式，是认识世界、认识自我、进行创造性表述的过程。”

我概括了标准中关于写作的两个重点词：语言文字，创造性表述。但平时的习作教学并非如此。我们应该更加慎重地选择与使用作文选，更不能让习作教学缺失了小学语文学科的人文性效用，重工具而轻人文的语文习作课堂势必培养不出有思想、敢于担当的新一代新生力量。

2.?E用作文选

目前，我们教师对作文选的使用还是填鸭式的方法，不管是优生还是后进生，都鼓励他们多看作文选，却往往没有想一想学生是否真正需要，是否真心喜欢。试问：一个人如果提起写作就心怀厌恶，怎能写出精彩还富有真情实感的文章呢？谁还愿跟恨之入骨的作文交朋友呢？不与文字交朋友，孩子们内心五彩斑斓的世界又如何找到倾诉的途径呢？

二、作文选使用的经验

针对这种情况，我跟我的学生经过多年实践，总结了一些可供操作的个人经验，以飨广大教师借鉴批评：

1.精选作文选

在作文选的选择上，首先，我们应注重内容的时尚性，与时俱进的阅读源可以激发学生的学习欲望，萌生一睹为快的热情。在当下，学生是站在时代变革的肩膀上，给予他们学习的方法之余，我们教师的思想、举止、言行也应与时俱进。

其次，应注重内容的有效性。传统的作文素材如以词、句、段按题材进行分类编排显得枯燥乏味，长篇累牍会消磨学生的积极性。而一本有效的作文选可以弥补诸多不足（如《中小学生实用素材大全》系列），它按流行、经典、哲理、自然、环境、人文等分类，包含创新观点、理论依据和最新材料。学生对新鲜知识的渴望尤为强烈，容易接纳并且易于在实践中灵活运用，文风给人眼前一亮的感觉。

最后，传统的概念往往把作文选仅定位于有“作文”二字的书籍上，其实有很多可供学生品鉴的优秀书刊。如我在课堂内外常规使用的《读者》，可以塑造学生醇厚的文化底蕴；再如《格言》杂志，能有效开启学生的创新思维，养成独树一帜又不失理智的写作风格。精选的作文选已经让学生蠢蠢欲动，写作水平的提高指日可待。

虽然精选作文选令学生期待，但在我班里最优秀也是学生最想得到的要数来自学生之手、原汁原味的满分作文。平时，我会从学生的随笔记录、课堂作文、考场作文和个性作文中不定期斟选一些极具价值的原稿，并和学生一起修改，使它完善，并向全班宣布它成为满分作文，以此作为奖品奖励给那些有进步的同学。我特别关注语文积累，培养学生观察的习惯，开拓作文教学的源泉。如一次单元习作教学，在和学生充分讨论之后，我组织了一次到田边、到小溪秋游的活动。让学生在大自然的怀抱中感受秋风送爽，听百虫啾啾，呼吸新鲜空气，到田野去帮农民伯伯收割稻谷，到果园去摘果子。接着，我又带学生来到草莓基地，和在基地里劳作的农民伯伯一起检查草莓的情况，还参加了草莓施肥的活动，亲身体验家乡的发展变化。有时为了增强效果，我也时常当面批改作文，和学生一起探讨该作文的优点和缺点，让学生明确获奖的原因是什么，今后要扬善避短。这个习惯已成为班级同学们最期待的文化活动。
