Directed by Joss Whedon, The Avengers features Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow joining forces to fight evil. Though the film did not come out until May 2012, fans' imaginations had been running wild since Iron Man domestically raked in1) more than $318 million in 2010. As expected, The Avengers also turned out to be a great success, becoming the third-highest-grossing film of all time. All of the heroes, besides Hawkeye and Black Widow, have had their own movies—Thor, Captain America, Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk.

Since Superman and Batman were brought to life in the late 1930s, superheroes have dug their way into pop culture and all forms of entertainment. Even more so, they have deeply rooted themselves in the American psyche.

Mythology pervades2) virtually all cultures. The Greeks had Zeus and Odysseus; the Norse had Odin and Baldur; and the Irish had Lug Lámfada and the Mórrígan. Apart from the Native Americans' religions, however, America has never had its own mythos3). 常规生化检验随着生化仪器的更新，室内、室间质控普遍开展，分析中质量控制日益得到重视，对分析前质量控制有所忽视，而在临床检验过程中有许多情况下标本采集后得不到及时检测，如仪器故障、试剂短缺、停水停电等等，为了了解分析前某些因素对生化指标的影响程度，笔者对常用的13项生化指标在不同温度和不同时间条件下的测定结果进行了比较，现将结果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 随机选取本院健康体检者，按常规要求采血后分离血清，适当混血后制成10 ml一例的标本。

1.2 研究方法 将上述标本每例分成21份，每份0.5 ml，放入Eppendorf管。1份即刻测定，其余20份分别放置在-20 ℃、4 ℃、25 ℃、37 ℃4种温度下，并于1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h和24 h后重测。

1.3 仪器与质控品 仪器为HITACHI7180全自动生化分析仪，RANDOX质控品。

1.4 统计学处理 每个时间点的数据以 形式表示。变异百分数与实验室允许误差范围进行比较（+表示升高，-表示降低）。

2 结果

不同温度下的不同时间测定结果分别见表1～4。

3 讨论

临床检验中发生的差错，有很多是由于分析前标本的采集与处理不当引起的，血标本在离开人体以后，仍在不断发生各种反应，因此，存储后的标本，其质量受很多因素的影响[1]。因此，做好分析前的质量控制，是提高检验工作质量的重要措施。

血液标本在放置期间，其成分改变的因素复杂。为排除干扰因素，本文使用分离后血清进行比较。从表1-表4结果可以看出，总体趋势是随着保存温度的升高及保存时间的延长，各项目的变化值也越大。一般变化最大者是在37 ℃放置24 h后出现。变化最不明显的项目为AST、BUN，变化较明显的有ALT、UA、CK。变化最大者为CK，放置后检测结果升高的有UA，下降的有ALT、LDH、GLU、CR、CK。CK在25 ℃条件下保存24 h结果变化不大，而在37 ℃放置时测量值下降很快，说明CK在高温环境下酶活性很不稳定[2]。

我国临床实验室参考美国临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）的有关规定，要求临床实验室应于2 h内分离血清测定。但有时会遇到如仪器故障、试剂短缺、停水停电等等情况，这就要求把标本保存起来。我国有关部门要求血清在22～25 ℃保存不超过8 h，8 h内不能完成实验的应置4～8 ℃保存，48 h内不能完成实验的，应置-20 ℃保存[3]。这就要求实验室要低温保存大量的标本。对照本次实验结果可以看出，13个项目中除在37 ℃放置24 h后CK测定结果超出了实验室允许范围外，其余项目在不同温度下保存24 h结果均未超出实验室允许范围，这就为更方便的保存标本提供了实验依据。本次研究的保存时间最长为24 h，有些项目在较低温度条件下仍较稳定，至于更长时间放置，其稳定性尚需进一步探讨。
