1.将所有第一人称代词从简历中拿掉(I,we,me,my),当然更不能用第三人称代词。

2.冠词:简历当中不需要冠词,例如:应写retrainedstaff而不是retrainedthestaff

3.助动词:简历当中不需要助动词,所以,应该写managed而不是havemanaged

第二天早上过去爱立信群面。我们组有7个人,是一个长方形的桌子,我进去的时候,里面在长方形桌子的两个对面已经坐满了人,看到两位主要发问的面试官(一位hr,一位部门经理)坐在长方形的一条短边上,而且另一条短边还有一个空座位,于是选择了这个座位,为的是第一和面试官有更多更直观的眼神交流,第二,我去之前是想当timer的,这个地形统揽全局比较合适(后来想想分明是当leader的位置==!)。面试开始,先是英文自我介绍,感觉我们组的组员不是很积极,于是我自告奋勇第一个blahblah比较流畅的说了一番(当然是之前准备了一个晚上的),而且说的时候由于和面试官是面对面,所以眼神交流很容易很直观,自我感觉英文自我介绍这关过的比较顺利。第二个环节就是topic,面试官每人发一张纸,上面有topic,每人5分钟的私下讨论+20分钟左右小组讨论+10分钟presentation。我们组的题目大概是一个技术服务部门的某次客户服务不到位,令客户不满,投诉,问我们怎么内部解决这个问题(想想和我们职位的相关性非常大的,所以爱立信的topic很专业)。我自高奋勇给大家当timer并做记录,所以自然被推为leader+presentation==!过程中我们组大家发言的积极程度不像以前群面那么激烈,个人认为是题目比较难的原因,不过到最后还是得出了一致的结论,并由我把大家的结论总结在前面的白板上,然后给面试官讲。虽然第一次当leader和presentation,第一次用自己很破的字写在白板上给大家讲结论很紧张,有时还忘记大家的结论,要到草纸上找,但当时心里暗暗的给自己打气:一定行。这样topic过去了,然后是面试官就每个人群面的表现单问,比如一个同学在讨论中有异样的想法,但是提出来后没有坚持自己的想法,面试官就问他为什么不坚持?问完一圈后面试官又关于这个topic问了些面试问题,也是one by one的形式。最后面试官让我们给自己和团队打两个分,满分是10分。并各自陈述打分的理由。

面试过程大概2个小时吧。出来的时候发现紧张得腿都软了,反复想都觉得自己表现的不好,进二面的几率挺小的。没想到周一下午(我们是周五1面的)竟然收到二面通知了。

总结群面:

第一,要多说话,这样才能让面试官记住你。第二,最好当个timer,leader,presentation,如果都不是的话,最好要有自己的见解。第三,放轻松,把自己想说的话以及没想好的话都可以说出来。这是我告诉自己的,我觉得可以考虑:)

1.热身(Warm-up)

(1)先给学生播放卡通片,了解所学语言运用的环境。内容为“迪士尼英语”中第一课的片段(MagicEnglish----Hello)学生在他们喜爱的卡通节目中了解、学习打招呼用语Hello./Hi,边看卡通边说英语。学习语言的同时,了解语言所用的环境,兴趣与语境同时创设,学习与兴趣同时存在。[本部分内容根据各校情况可自行改变,用图片来代替,或直接进入下一环节。]

(2)通过看卡通片告诉学生“卡通”一词的发音是由英语单词Cartoon一词的发音直接翻译过来的。在现实生活中,我们还有许多的类似之处,有时我们甚至直接用英语的单词来代表某物如CD,VCD,DVD等等。

3.趣味操练(Practice)

(1)游戏

玩Let’splay中的游戏“击鼓传花”。首先,将全班学生分为两大组。教师可有节奏地敲击小鼓,两组学生同时开始传花,当老师的鼓声停止时,两组各有一名学生拿到花,这时,拿到花的学生就说Hello,I’m…/Hi,I’m…(这个游戏也可用放音乐来代替击鼓,学生可待音乐停止时起立做自我介绍。)

在做此游戏时,教师应提示学生发音,引导学生区分正确、错误的发音。特别是I’m的发音,应为[aim]不能读成[em]或[ai],但要注意,教师不能一味的纠正发音,而挫伤孩子的学习兴趣或打消孩子练习的积极性。教师可根据学生情况,逐步在以后的课时中感受语音,感受发音。

另外,此次练习中,若学生已有英文名字,即可使用,若没有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。若班级学生人数不多,可在此为学生起英文名字。

(2)让学生自己说说所学用语的使用环境,并让学生自己拟定一个使用所学用语的场所。结合图片,进一步巩固情景。

为学生出示情景图,让他们自己说说,在此情景中该说些什么?

(3)两到四个人一组练习自我介绍。若学生已有英文名字,即可使用,练习更有真实感。若没有英文名字可先用中文名字代替。在此强调分手时说Goodbye./Bye-Bye。

(4)自由结合或自己下位子了解、结识新伙伴,尤其是了解伙伴的英文名字。再次练习Hello,I’m…/Hi,I’m…Goodbye./Bye-Bye。

4.课堂评价(Assessment)

做活动手册第一单元的第一部分练习。由于学生刚刚接触英语,而且是第一次做活动手册,教师要进行全面、细致的指导。

(1)教师与学生讨论本单元获奖的小花数量,由于是第一单元,起点可以稍微低点,尽量让每个学生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小贴纸为奖励。

(2)让学生看书上的图,才图中人物,想他们在说什么。

(3)教师讲解题目要求并指导做的方法。建议教师提醒学生注意题目要求标记的识别,以便今后遇到相同问题时学生能独立完成。

(4)让学生听录音做练习。

(5)再次播放录音,在教师的指导下让学生一句一句地跟读并相互核对答案,最后通过给小花涂色进行自我评价。

教学过程:

1.热身(Warm-up)

(1)先给学生播放卡通片,了解所学语言运用的环境.内容为"迪士尼英语"中第一课的片段(MagicEnglish----Hello)学生在他们喜爱的卡通节目中了解,学习打招呼用语Hello./Hi,边看卡通边说英语.学习语言的同时,了解语言所用的环境,兴趣与语境同时创设,学习与兴趣同时存在.[本部分内容根据各校情况可自行改变,用图片来代替,或直接进入下一环节.]

(2)通过看卡通片告诉学生"卡通"一词的发音是由英语单词Cartoon一词的发音直接翻译过来的.在现实生活中,我们还有许多的类似之处,有时我们甚至直接用英语的单词来代表某物如CD,VCD,DVD等等.

(3)由于学生是第一次正式接受英语课的学习,教师可在此基础上采取交谈的方式与学生讨论一下英语的作用以及学习英语的意义.不妨请学生说说他们在现实生活中已经了解的英语单词或日常用语.利用教科书开始的蝴蝶页WelcometoEnglish彩图中呈现的我们生活中学生已经会说或较熟悉的词汇如CD,VCD,DVD,OK!Hi!Yeah!Wow!Bye!E-mail,Cartoon等词来激发学生学习兴趣与学习愿望.

2.呈现新课(Presentation)

(1)在学生初步了解打招呼用语后,教师播放本课的歌曲"Hello"的录音,自然引出师生之间的打招呼.

T:Hello,boysandgirls.:Hello.

(2)教师利用这个机会及时向学生介绍自己Hello,I’m…/Hi,I’m…

(3)教师还可带上Sarah的头饰介绍Hello!I’mSarah./Hi!I’mSarah.(教师在示范时,应定要用手势语言辅助学生理解.对于初学者来讲,体态语言和手势语可帮助他们理解和记忆,因此教师要适时利用手势和动作甚至表情来配合教学.)

(4)给学生带上Sarah,ChenJie,Mike,WuYifan的面具或头饰,扮演这些人物到讲台前说Hello!I’m…

(5)听录音,放投影;或通过录像,VCD来展示Let’stalk部分的教学内容

3.趣味操练(Practice)

(1)游戏

玩Let’splay中的游戏"击鼓传花".首先,将全班学生分为两大组.教师可有节奏地敲击小鼓,两组学生同时开始传花,当老师的鼓声停止时,两组各有一名学生拿到花,这时,拿到花的学生就说Hello,I’m…/Hi,I’m…(这个游戏也可用放音乐来代替击鼓,学生可待音乐停止时起立做自我介绍.)

在做此游戏时,教师应提示学生发音,引导学生区分正确,错误的发音.特别是I’m的发音,应为[aim]不能读成[em]或[ai],但要注意,教师不能一味的纠正发音,而挫伤孩子的学习兴趣或打消孩子练习的积极性.教师可根据学生情况,逐步在以后的课时中感受语音,感受发音.

另外,此次练习中,若学生已有英文名字,即可使用,若没有英文名字可先用中文名字代替.若班级学生人数不多,可在此为学生起英文名字.

(2)让学生自己说说所学用语的使用环境,并让学生自己拟定一个使用所学用语的场所.结合图片,进一步巩固情景.

为学生出示情景图,让他们自己说说,在此情景中该说些什么

(3)两到四个人一组练习自我介绍.若学生已有英文名字,即可使用,练习更有真实感.若没有英文名字可先用中文名字代替.在此强调分手时说Goodbye./Bye-Bye.

(4)自由结合或自己下位子了解,结识新伙伴,尤其是了解伙伴的英文名字.再次练习Hello,I’m…/Hi,I’m…Goodbye./Bye-Bye.

4.课堂评价(Aement)

做活动手册第一单元的第一部分练习.由于学生刚刚接触英语,而且是第一次做活动手册,教师要进行全面,细致的指导.

(1)教师与学生讨论本单元获奖的小花数量,由于是第一单元,起点可以稍微低点,尽量让每个学生都得到棕熊或小松鼠的小贴纸为奖励.

(2)让学生看书上的图,才图中人物,想他们在说什么.

(3)教师讲解题目要求并指导做的方法.建议教师提醒学生注意题目要求标记的识别,以便今后遇到相同问题时学生能独立完成.

(4)让学生听录音做练习.

(5)再次播放录音,在教师的指导下让学生一句一句地跟读并相互核对答案,最后通过给小花涂色进行自我评价.

本课时是学生第一次接触英语,引入相当重要.通过卡通片,歌曲和游戏等多种教学方式激发学生的学习兴趣与学习愿望.本课时主要语言点是学习见面打招呼,自我介绍及道别用语.刚好教师和学生也是第一次见面,可以利用这一真实情景运用所学的语言点来操练对话,设计的几幅情景图是让学生进一步运用所学,巩固知识,实现真正的语言交流,从而使学生初步体验用英语交流的成就感和快乐.

活动目的:强化本单元单词的记忆,巩固所学单词.

活动过程:教师每次举起四个单词,让学生看几秒钟,然后将其中之一藏起后问:What’smiing学生凭记忆回答.还可将单词增加到五个或六个,让学生观察后再藏起一个单词问:What’smiing

教学重点:有关文具的五个词汇crayon,pencil,pen,eraser,ruler的学习,并用英语介绍文具.

教学难点:较准确读出各单词,尤其是crayon,eraser两个单词的发音.

教学过程:

(1)师生共唱英语歌曲"Hello"

(2)请几名学生带上Sarah,WuYifan等人物的面具或头饰,表演见面打招呼或自我介绍用语:Hello,Sarah!Hi,WuYifan!

(3)游戏

游戏为"听声音,识朋友",教师请几名学生到讲台前,其他学生蒙住眼睛,讲台前的几名学生之一变换语音语调和名字说Hello.I’m…蒙住眼睛的学生们猜是谁说的话,猜对的学生为本组得一分.还可以改为让蒙住眼睛的一名学生猜,是谁说的Hello,如果猜中,要说Yes,I’m…如果猜错,要说No,I’m…猜对得一分.

(4)将学生分为小组,可2—4人一组练习自我介绍用语.

2呈现新知(Presentation)

(1)利用课件呈现新知

[图一]本册教材主要人物之一"小棕熊"的生日,一群朋友聚集在生日蛋糕的周围.教师通过图片指引学生说出今天是"小棕熊"的生日,让学生们一起唱英文生日歌,并提示"Haybirthdaytoyou"是"祝你生日快乐"的意思.教师介绍"小棕熊"的爸爸,妈妈为他买了个新书包作为生日礼物(拿出准备好的实物).

[图二]小棕熊打开书包,一一拿出蜡笔,铅笔,钢笔,橡皮,尺子,边拿文具边说英文crayon,pencil,pen,eraser,ruler.文具展示出来后停留在画面上,不消失.

(2)学习新知

在初步了解新知后,教师给学生出示文具,教新单crayon,pencil,pen,eraser,ruler.教学时,如果遇到有的学生能力较强,可充分发挥学生的潜能,在老师指导下由学生教学生,学生检查学生.

(教学时特别注意crayon,eraser两个单词的发音,对于多音节单词,教师应语速略放慢,待学生较好掌握后改为正常语速)

(3)游戏Showmeyour…

教师说单词,如pencil一词,教师边说Showmeyourpencils.边示范.这样,用同一种方法练习其他4个单词.

(4)让学生听录音,跟读Let’slearn部分的单词,并要求学生用手指着单词来认读,力求做到"眼,口,手,心,耳"的综合运用.

3趣味操练(Practice)

(1)小组竞赛

将学生分为两大组,每组每次选一名选手上讲台前,一个学生先看一下某张卡片,记住上面画的是什么.将卡片画面扣在桌子上,让另一名学生猜卡片画的是什么."Aneraser""Aruler""Apencil""Apen""Acrayon"

如果猜对了,第一位学生答"Yes",如果没有猜对,第一位学生答"No"

(2)猜词游戏

继续小组竞赛,将crayon,pencil,等文具放在一个大盒子里,请一名学生选一种文具,攥在手中放于背后,让其他学生猜是什么,猜对者为小组赢得一分.

(3)让学生听录音,边说边做Let’sdo部分的活动.

教师用英文表述打开书,边说英语边做动作,为学生今后熟悉英语课堂用语奠定基础.

学生打开书,听录音并指出正确的图片.(Listenandpointthepictures)

四人一组活动,练习Showmeyour…每组可先请一位学生发指令,其他学生做动作.

(1)看图依次说出每件文具用品或者由教师说学生快速指出相应的文具用品.

(2)教师讲解题目要求并指导做的方法.

(3)让学生听录音做练习.

(4)再次播放录音,在教师的指导下让学生一句一句地跟读并相互核对答案,最后通过给小花涂色进行自我评价.

5扩展性活动(Add-activities)

竞赛活动

将学生分为两大组,每组各派一个选手,教师说词,选手快速跑到讲台找到所听词的图片,并举区图片大声读出,这样即为胜利,为本组加一分.之后,在换另一名选手进行.

教案点评:

考虑到小学生学得快,忘得快的特点,在热身环节,通过唱歌,做游戏复习所学的句型.在呈现新知环节,设计本册教材主要人物之一"小棕熊"过生日的场面和收到新书包作为生日礼物的情景来引入有关文具的新单词的学习,过渡自然,小朋友也可以接受.教师利用课件教学新词之后,再让学生拿出自己的文具操练单词.Letsdo部分听听做做的活动使学生在有节奏的指令语中做动作,激活学生大脑皮层的记忆功能,自然习得语言.

将学生分为六个小组,每组发一张图片,要求学生按下面的图片内容说英文,比一比哪组说得最准确,并将此对话分角色表演出来.

-Unit1Hello第三课时

教学重点:制作英文名卡和学唱英语歌曲

教学难点:学生理解教师用英语讲述的制作步骤.这就要求教师要讲述与演示同时进行.

教具准备:教师课前准备一个名卡,以及本课时所用的制作名卡所需的彩笔,线绳和硬卡等,并要求学生带来他们的彩笔,线绳和硬纸卡;文具(实物)

教学过程:

一热身,复习(Warm-up/Revision)

(一)游戏——抛球

教师准备一个小球,由教师先大声说出自己的名字Hello,I’m…,之后由教师将小球随意抛给另一名学生,提示他做自我介绍,以此类推,练习自我介绍和打招呼.

(二)复习Showmeyour…教师先发指令请全班共同练习,之后可请"小老师"带领同学们进行操练.注意此时教师应多给孩子些机会,让他们展示说词水平,教师要及时给予肯定.

(三)再次用抛球游戏,此次重点练习打招呼和文具的表述.

由教师开始,将球抛给谁(Mike)就和谁打招呼说Hello!Mike.同时说一种文具如pencil,接到球的学生则找到相应的文具(铅笔),边出示边说"Yes.Pencil.".随后由第二学生用同样的方法继续练习.

二呈现新课(Presentation)

教师告诉学生,英语名卡可让我们彼此了解得更快.教师将完整的名卡制作过程一边用英语讲解一边进行实际操作,将整个过程呈现给学生.

三趣味操练(Practice)

(一)请学生拿出事先准备的材料,指导学生按步骤制作.每句话中的第一个动词都是教师要强调的部分,一定要配合手势,帮助学生理解和记忆.

(二)学生自己动手制作名卡.

让学生用Hello/Hi,I’m…的句型来展示自己制作好的名卡,对做得好的学生可给与表扬或适当的奖励.

(三)让学生跟录音一起学唱歌曲Hello.教师可带领学生在演唱时打出相应的节拍或做些简单的动作.如果学生对书上的歌曲掌握较快较好,教师还可以指导学生将歌曲中的人名该换成其他主人公或学生自己的名字进行演唱.

四课堂评价(Aement)

做活动手册第一单元的第3部分练习.方法如下:

(一)教师在做活动手册之前,先做一个Showmeyour(pen…)的活动作铺垫.

(二)学生看图,说说图中学生手中的物品

(三)教师讲解题目要求并指导做的方法.告诉学生如果图中人物所拿之物与录音相同就画笑脸,不同就画哭脸.

(四)让学生听录音做练习.

(五)再次播放录音,在教师的指导下让学生一句一句地跟读并相互核对答案,最后通过给小花涂色进行自我评价.

五扩展性活动(Add-activities)

记忆名字游戏

(一)每一个人在说自己名字之前都要加上和前面说过名字的人打招呼,教师要帮助学生记忆,尤其是最后一个学生要记下全组或全排学生的名字.

(二)方法

教师先向做在一排的一个学生说Hi, I’mMsWang,接着这位学生说Hi,MsWang.I’mA.她/他旁边的学生说Hi,MsWang.Hi,A.I’mKen.以此类推.

教案点评:

本课时没有硬性要求学生掌握的语言点,主要是使学生在学完两个课时的知识后轻松一下,在制作英文名卡的基础上学唱英语歌曲Hello.复习热身环节的活动对前两个课时的知识进行复习巩固.名卡的制作过程需要教师亲自演示,指导,再让学生自己动手制作名卡.扩展性活动设计的记忆名字游戏是让师生,生生之间更好的交流,有助于今后教学的开展,增进师生,生生间的感情.

探究活动唱歌谣

学唱下面的歌谣,边唱边举起相应的文具.还可用已经学过的文具单词替换原歌词,再演唱歌谣.看谁唱得好,编的新歌多.教师奖励优秀者.

-Unit1Hello第四课时

教学重点:询问对方的姓名及回答的用语What’syournameMynameis…的学习,以及另一种表达道别的表达法:Seeyou.

教学难点:What’syournameMynameis…中name的发音和欢迎用语Welcome!的发音.

教具准备:

1教师应准备自己的名字卡及本课主要人物的头饰;

2要求学生准备一个面具,并制作一个写有本人姓名的头饰.

教学过程:

1热身,复习(Warm-up/Revision)

(1)唱"Hello"歌

(2)师生互相问候Hello!/Hi!

(3)学生将胸卡戴在胸前,分别起立做自我介绍.如:

a.Hello,I’mMary.

b.Hi!I’mPeter.

2呈现新课(Presentation)

(1)老师指着自己的英文名卡说Hello!I’mMi/Mr….然后用Myname’s….反复说三到四遍自己的名字,速度由慢到正常.接着教师对一名学生发问What’syourname(用清晰,缓慢的语调问两遍)边问边指他/她的名卡,并可以用夸张的口型提示他/她回答Myname’s….教师对第一个应答学生应重点表扬,并发给他/他小奖品,以次鼓励学生认真听别人的问答,努力模仿教师说的新句型.用类似的方法在教室里与学生进行问答练习,注意引导学生用Myname’s….回答问题.

(2)跟读,模仿What’syourname注意学生对name一词中a的发音.

(3)教道别语Seeyou.,告诉学生其中意思是"再见"或"一会见".教师同时可介绍一下英语中有许多单词是一词多意,在不同情景中表示的意义不同.Welcome还有不必表示感谢的意思,当对方说Thankyou.谢谢的时候,通常可以回答Youarewelcome.表示"不用谢"或"不客气".学生在此简单了解一下即可,教师可在今后多说多用,起到引导,表率的作用

(4)听录音,放投影或通过录像,VCD来展示B部分Let’stalk的内容.

3趣味操练(Practice)

(1)Pairwork:可让学生戴上头饰,表演书上Let’stalk的对话.

(2)Let’splay中的游戏,可请几个学生站在门外做迎宾先生或小姐,再请几个同学做嘉宾.每位迎宾者用Hello!What’syourname进行发问后,嘉宾须用Myname’s….答出自己的名字,方可入内.教室里的其他同学鼓掌并用Welcome!向他(她)表示欢迎.教师注意提示学生区分发音的正,误,培养学生练习听力的能力,养成会听的习惯.在纠正发音时要适度,切不可挫伤孩子的积极性.

(3)四人或六人为一个小组,先将学生自制的名卡头饰收集在一起,再由每组的"小老师"通过问What’syourname其他同学回答Myname’s…的方式练习,答对的同学拿回自己的头饰戴在头上.

做活动手册本单元第4部分练习.具体教学步骤参考如下:

(1)教师引导学生猜猜图中人物所说的话.

(2)教师讲解题目的意思并指导学生做练习的方法.

猜猜我是谁的游戏

请一位学生到讲台前边,用手蒙住眼睛.教师用手势指定一男一女两位学生,并告诉他们用(打招呼,自我介绍,询问对方姓名及回答)的句型对话,然后由被蒙住眼睛的学生直接说出说话双方人姓名,此时教师可根据学生情况扩展到His/Hername’s…的句型.

教案点评:

本课时学习如何用Whatsyourname询问对方的姓名并就询问做相应回答.对于刚开始学习英语的学生,彼此了解一下英文名字十分必要,符合学生认知规律.另一种道别表达Seeyou!是生活常用语,同Goodbye用法相同,且运用广泛.整个语言点简单,且实用性强.教学过程中强调自然流畅,不要明知故问,使学生觉得是为了学习而学习,从而降低学习兴趣.趣味操练部分可以发挥小学生好动好玩的特点,在做迎宾先生或小姐的游戏中进一步操练句型,巩固所学.扩展性活动中猜猜我是谁的游戏将"Mynames..."扩展到His/Hername’s…的句型,开拓学生英语思维,帮助学生灵活运用语言.
