【关键词】新课改;高中英语;问题;改进策略
高中英语新课程改革的深入实施使教师的教学观念有了很大变化,通过对新课程标准的深入学习和研究,广大教师逐渐认识到了以学生为本的重要性,他们在教学过程中开始注重培养学生的创新意识和自主学习能力,注重培养学生的学习策略和学习方法,注重与学生的沟通与交流,注重营造和谐融洽的课堂教学氛围。虽然英语教学新理念已经开始变成教师的实际行动,在课堂教学中逐渐发挥了作用,但是高中英语教学仍存在一定的问题,这就要求我们英语教师必须做出相应的改变,以满足学生的学习需要。
一、高中英语教学中存在的问题
1.教学模式落后
新课程改革实施以来,虽然高中英语教师能够接受新的教学理念,但受传统应试教育的影响,有的教师在教学实践中不能把合作学习、自主学习和探究式学习等新的教学理念和教学方法应用到教学过程,也很少进行师生互动、生生互动。大多数英语教师仍采用灌输式教学方法,课堂教学以教师讲解为主,学生只是被动地听课、记录、回答,这样的教学方式显然不能调动学生的积极性,不能有效吸引学生的学习兴趣。有的教师担心新的教学方法会影响教学进度,担心学生不配合而影响教学效果,因此在教学过程中只是一味地对学生进行知识灌输,而对他们的学习方法和策略缺乏有效指导,忽视了对学生的情感态度培养、语言运用能力的培养、发现问题和解决问题能力的培养、创造性思维能力的培养,致使课堂气氛沉闷,缺乏应有的活力,以及和谐的氛围。
2.过分追求形式化的教学模式
在英语教学中,有的教师注重把新的教学理念引入到教学过程,把自主学习、合作学习以及探究式学习统统应用到课堂教学中,把课堂充分交给了学生,使英语课堂气氛活跃,学生的参与程度很高。但由于缺乏教师的有效指导,学生的学习目的不明确,表面上看着很热闹的课堂,学生却没有学到多少知识,没有达到拓展知识、培养能力和发散思维的教学目的。
3.教师的教学创新性不足
有的教师对新教材和教学大纲的理解不够,在教学过程中完全讲解课本内容,只有呆板的内容传授,没有知识的创新。教师缺乏开发和利用教学资源的意识,教学内容仅限于课本及练习册等,致使课程资源单一。另外,有的教师不能充分驾驭教材,不能充分发挥教材的价值和作用,对新课程标准下的英语教材掌握不够、把握不准,不能突出教学难点和重点,导致教学目标不能实现。
4.过分注重升学率
英语新课程标准要求在教学过程中注重对学生学习方法和综合语言运用能力的培养。但是,现阶段,高考仍然是改变学生命运的唯一途径,升学率是衡量教学质量和教学效果的唯一标准,对学生和英语教师来说提高成绩是唯一的目的。因此教师在教学过程中仍采用传统的填鸭式教学方法,通过大量作业和习题让学生巩固和掌握知识,根本不会花费大量时间去体验和实践新的教学方法;而学生为了能够考取理想的学校也不会把宝贵的时间花费在探索、体验新方法上,只能采取“拿来主义”,从教师那里获取知识,以便节省更多时间。这对学生的创新能力和发散思维能力培养非常不利,更不可能培养他们的语言综合运用能力了。
二、新课程背景下高中英语教学改进策略分析
针对高中英语教学过程中存在的诸多问题,我们教师必须进行深入研究,并采取积极有效的改进措施,使学生得到全面的发展。
1.全面提升英语教师的综合素质
在实施新课程标准过程中,教师起着决定性作用。因此教师要紧紧抓住新课程改革带来的机遇,积极应对新的挑战,认真学习新课程改革的理念,掌握其精髓,通过多种途径提高自己的专业知识,以自身综合素质的提升来确保新课程改革的顺利实施。一是教师要通过培训来提高专业知识技能、学习教学新理念和新方法,把体验式、主动参与等先进的教学理念应用到课堂教学中,促使学生积极参与到教学过程中;二是教师要坚持自学,丰富专业知识,更新知识结构,要把自己的教学理论灵活运用到教学实践中,并能根据不同的教学情景,运用不同的教学方法,科学组织英语教学活动,把教育教学理念与教学过程有机结合起来,进而提高高中英语教学效果。
2.重视教学总结和反思
在教学过程中,教师要对自己的教学行为进行总结和反思,及时发现教学过程中存在的不足和问题,积极寻找解决问题的办法和措施,使自己的教学行为更加科学合理;要解放思想,积极和同事进行交流与沟通,学习其他教师好的经验和做法,通过相互学习、相互借鉴达到共同发展;要通过网络来学习和借鉴校外的教学理念、教学方法,并结合学校的实际情况,构建具有本校特色的教学模式,促进教学效率的提升。
3.创新和完善评价机制
科学合理的教学评价机制能激发教师的积极性,促进教学目标顺利完成。学校不能把考试成绩作为衡量教学质量的唯一标准,不能把分数作为教师的奖惩依据和教学评价指标,应当通过加强过程性评价、多样性评价和多元化评价方式来完善评价制度和激励机制;要注重过程性评价方式的应用,使教师更加注重培养学生的情感态度和正确的人生观、价值观;通过学校、教师本人、其他教师以及学生评价来扩大评价的主体范围和评价的多样性;通过评价促使教师改进教学方法,提高英语教学质量。
总之,新课程改革对教学理念、教学方法和教学内容提出了更高的要求,我们高中英语教师要更新教学观念,通过多种途径更新知识结构,提升自身综合素质,进而提高自己的教学水平和能力,为提高教学质量和促进学生的全面发展奠定坚实的基础。

1 新经济形势下电力经济营销管理的不足

乐“学”知识目标
学好语言知识是学生发展语言技能的重要基础。在教学中,利用信息技术创设真实语境,鼓励学生在自主学习的基础上开展合作探究,因势利导,让学生充分展示各自的特长,体验学习成功的喜悦,进而转化为学习的动力。
在语音、词汇的教学中,我利用多媒体集音、像、图、文于一体的特点, 将原本枯燥的听、读、写进行了语境动画创设制作,利用动画分音节、分段地展示新单词,突破重难点,使学生感受语境,感知语音,感悟语言。例如,初一英语下册Unit 6中出现大量表现人物外貌和性格的形容词。此时,我让学生在一场最熟悉、最喜爱的篮球赛中一览姚明等NBA巨星的风采,伴随着球场上解说员全英文的介绍,学生们不仅能感受到纯正的发音技巧,而且会不由自主地融入运用英语交流的语境中。一个动画口型的凸显会很好地吸引学生的注意力,让学生通过模仿掌握连读、爆破等发音技巧,进而在语境交流过程中掌握本单元的新词汇。教师随时关注学生交流,并适时地利用电子白板的输入功能设计语音指导,提醒学生准确发音,强化学生的记忆。
力“拓”能力目标
语言学习的最终目标是运用,这就需要教师努力为学生搭建一个广阔的实践平台,让学生掌握学习语言的方法,拓展自己的能力,达到语言教学的能力目标。英语作为一门国际性语言走进我们的课堂,本身缺乏足够的语言环境,信息技术在英语教学中的应用正好弥补了这一缺憾。信息技术为学生学习英语提供了更为广阔的学习空间,有利于学生拓展听、说、读、写等各方面技能。初二英语下册Unit 5的语言目标是 Talk about consequences ,为达到这一目标,全面提高学生语言技能,我下载了一段美国中学生周末聚会的视频片段,启发学生思考交流: “What will happen if you go to the party?” 在这里,学生不但感受到了最纯正的英语口语交流,而且分享到了异国同龄人周末活动的快乐,培养和锻炼了学生的听说能力,同时也为学生自己的语言交流树立了榜样。在此基础上,引导学生想象自己班级的聚会活动,自制活动会话片段课件,练习掌握常用口语。在活动会话交流、课件的制作和展示中,学生领略到了学习语言的快乐,轻松地完成了本单元的能力目标。
尽“修”情感目标
英语作为世界上使用国家最多的语言, 蕴涵着深厚的文化底蕴,同时也储藏着丰富的情感内涵。利用互联网下载西方国家日常生活场景片段,自然风光、地域风貌和历史变迁的图片解说,以及学生喜爱的英文歌曲和文学作品等,都在不同方面、不同程度上使学生了解了世界各地的风俗习惯、风土人情和历史文化,既开阔了眼界,又对学生的思想、行为、态度,乃至世界观和人生观的塑造起着潜移默化的作用。

【关键词】中小学 教师角色 英语教育 衔接
小学与初中是基础教育的两个阶段,它们彼此独立却又紧密联系。但目前中小学英语教学中存在着较为严重的脱节现象,导致不少在小学阶段成绩不错的初一新生,在进入初中后的英语学习中暴露出种种问题,而一些较有潜力的孩子在进入中学后也成为了泯灭于众人中的现代“仲永”。进入初中不应当是小学英语教育的终点,而应是小学英语教育的延续、初中英语教育的起点。如何实现中小学英语教师角色互换,顺利做好小学和初中的衔接工作,成功地将小学英语教学过渡到初中英语教学,是一个值得我们厦门外国语学校海沧附属学校这样一所以英语为办学特色的九年一贯制学校认真思考研究的问题。那么究竟应该如何解决这个问题呢?笔者认为主要该从以下几点入手:
一、把握教学内容的差异,做好中小学教材的自然衔接
做为一名初一英语教师,笔者经常会听到学生们有这样的疑问:许多知识点在小学就已经学过了,为何初中还在重复?不是浪费时间吗? 听到这样的埋怨及质疑,笔者沉思许久。既然小学就已经学过了,为何现在的初一学生一谈到相关的话题,能够真正漂亮地说上几句的学生屈指可数呢?究竟是小学英语教学的浪费还是初一教学的没有必要呢?
笔者认为出现这样的问题,说明中小学英语教育衔接存在着不足或者可能完全失去衔接。想要从根本上解决这个不足或者弥补这个缺口,就要求中小学英语教师在日常教学中,要相互交流中小学英语教学信息,通读中小学英语教材,注意中小学英语教学内容和教学方式的差异,以便融会贯通,掌握好中小学英语教学规律,使新旧知识自然衔接。
首先,对于小学英语教师而言,要找出小学教材与初中教材,特别是初中第一册教材在词汇、语法和语言交际等内容上的异同处,以便找准衔接点,行之有效地整合教材内容,制定合适的教学目标,为初中起始阶段的教学提供扎实的基础,使初中教师不再致力于字母、音标、语音语调的教学,而是在学生原有的基础上,着手拓宽学生的知识面。
其次,对于中学英语教师而言,则是要通读小学一至六册的教学内容,在开学的第一至两周内做系统的复习,达到自然的衔接过渡。因为初一英语大纲所要求掌握的词汇、句子、语法等内容大多在小学英语中就已经学过,或者至少是涉及过,所以在学生步入初一之后,中学英语教师应当将小学英语的重难点,特别是与新课英语内容相关的语法、交际目标语言系统地复习一遍,达到小学英语教学内容巩固、记忆、活用的目的,为过渡到初一新知识的学习做好充分准备。同时,中学英语教师也要合理安排教学内容和教学方式,实现因材施教,让新生从第一节英语课开始,就有一种学习的新鲜感和紧迫感,做到中小学英语教材的自然衔接。这样,才能避免因学习内容重复而导致学习效率降低、水平难以提高的现象。
二、注意结合教学方式,做好中小学生英语学习兴趣的衔接
俗话说,兴趣是最好的老师,在中小学英语教学中,要提高教学质量,培养学生的学习兴趣是关键。《心理学》中对于中小学生的兴趣做了这样的论述:“小学生对理解的、感兴趣的和具体的事有兴趣。初中生的兴趣和小学生相比具有一定的深刻性和自觉性,他们由于学习和获得好成绩而产生的满意的积极情感有助于发展和巩固他们的学习兴趣。”随着年龄的增长,初一学生的身心发展有了一定的变化,在他们身上再也找不到小学生独有的对新鲜事物的好奇和好问,特别是他们的自我表现欲望不如小学阶段强烈,不敢举手回答问题,不敢开口讲英语,久而久之学英语的兴趣也逐步下降。因此,巩固学生英语学习兴趣的重担就落到了初一年级教师的身上。
在小学英语教学中,教师常常通过游戏、表演、视听等教学方法,来激发小学生的英语学习兴趣。根据中小学生的心理特征,初中英语教师也应在教学过程中,认真把握好教材内容的趣味性,尽量保留并发扬小学英语课的教学方式,营造活跃的课堂气氛。中学教师可以综合利用各种直观教具和多媒体把文字、声音和图象等融为一体,创设学生主动参与语言交际活动的情境,让学生走入情境、理解情景、表演情境,以此来教授重点和难点。笔者在进行新目标七年级下册Unit 8 I’d like some noodles的教学中,就利用多媒体展示精美的食物图片,并进行现场的餐厅点餐情景剧竞赛,让学生自己制作道具,组织人员进行表演。学生很快的融入情景中,并且较牢固的掌握了该课的重点和难点。经过笔者课后调查,学生普遍反映这样的课堂大大提高了他们对英语学习的兴趣。
此外,初中英语教师尤其要深入研究和学习《英语课程标准》中提出和倡导的任务型教学模式,要尽量用巧妙、新颖独特的课堂导入使学生自然的进入学习新知识的情境,激发学生的学习兴趣和求知欲,使学生乐学、爱学。同时,初中英语教师也可以开展各种有利于学生巩固和运用所学知识的英语活动,如表演法、竞赛法、游戏法来满足学生好玩乐、争强好胜的心理,持续激发学生的学习热情,使学生在各种活动中体验英语学习的趣味性,享受英语学习的乐趣。
三、培养中小学生科学的学习技能,做好中小学生英语学习习惯的衔接
书写潦草,不规范,拼写含糊,语法概念混乱,中式英语屡见不鲜,“金口难开”等,是笔者在一年的初一教学过程中,发现学生普遍存在的英语学习问题。这些问题迫切要求中小学英语教师必须指导学生掌握科学的学习方法,养成良好的自主学习习惯。
由于有初次接触英语的好奇感,加之记忆力、模仿力都较强,通常小学生很快便能适应其英语老师及其教学方法。只要他们在老师的教导下,勤奋努力,绝大多数学生并不难达到大纲的要求程度。然而对于小学高年级的英语教师而言,除了引导学生努力学习以达到大纲要求外,更应该有意识地培养学生养成课前预习,找出问题的习惯;课内带着问题认真听课和做笔记,积极思考、提问的习惯;课后整理笔记,按时按质按量完成家庭作业,及时复习巩固的习惯,以便学生进入初中后能够更快的学会自主学习,进而更快地进入初中英语学习的高速轨道。
对于初中英语教师而言,由于教学对象正处于机械记忆向理解记忆逐渐转化时期,加上面对初中教材内容、教学要求的转变、中小学教师教学方法的差异、学科增多等一系列新的问题,在英语学习中或多或少都会存在着一些问题。因此,在教学过程中要努力帮助学生保留部分好的小学英语学习习惯:积极举手发言的习惯,积极参与小组活动的习惯,积极参与英语游戏的习惯等。同时帮助、指导学生掌握好科学的学习习惯:学会归纳总结语法知识点,学会自编英语学习口诀,学会整合交际语言并自编对话等,以便学生更快融入初中阶段的英语学习。
四、关注中小学生思想动态,注意中小学学生心理情感的衔接
从小学踏入中学,学生们在心理上也逐渐发生着变化。他们有着很强的自豪感,总爱以“小大人”自居,希望仿照大人的方式去处事,并渴望受到别人的尊重,但实际上他们处理问题片面轻率,稚气十足,面对学习困难束手无策或者轻言放弃。况且,进入中学后,学生面临着一个全新的环境,对新教师的教学及管理方法、板书、语音语调、言谈举止等存在不适应,就可能影响学生的课堂学习效果。
因此,对于中学英语教师而言,在师能方面,要通过高质量的英语教学,树立良好的教师形象和威严;在师德方面,则是学会做现实生活中的“古越涛”,要在衔接期用心地关心学生,用老师真诚的态度和严谨的行为去影响学生,感化学生,帮助他们克服英语学习中的心理障碍,做学生的知心朋友,增进师生情感交流,使学生保持心理平衡,从而产生对老师的敬佩和信赖,使学生增强英语学习的自信心,最终达到学生真正地“亲其师,信其道”。
五、实现中小学教师角色的互换
要做好中小学英语教育的衔接工作,最根本的还是教师要转变观念,实现角色的互换,要由过去单纯的教育者、管理者转变为服务者、研究者和学习者。我们全体中小学英语教师应该充分利用我们九年一贯制办学制度的优势,加强交流与学习。中学教师应多到小学去听课、上课,了解小学教师的教学风格和小学生的学习特点,熟悉小学教法和教学内容,为自然衔接做准备;小学教师也应多到中学去听课,和中学英语教师一起研讨教学中应注意的问题,了解初中英语教学的动态,了解中学生需要在小学生阶段奠定哪些基础、养成哪些习惯等。这样,既可以避免小学生进入初中后机械重复地学习英语知识,解决中小学英语教学中存在的问题,为中小学英语教育的衔接提供重要依据,同时也有利于促使中小学英语教师转变教育观念,提高自身素质,不断接受新事物,努力提高英语教学水平,开拓出一条既符合教学实际,又适合时代需要的教学新路子,从而提高我校九年义务教育英语教学水平,真正凸显出我校九年一贯制的英语办学特色。
路漫漫其修远兮,顺利做好小学和初中的衔接工作,成功地将小学英语教学过渡到初中英语教学,是一个以英语为办学特色的九年一贯制学校的重头戏。只有全体中小学教师共同用心和努力地做好衔接和过渡工作,才能尽快迎来中小学英语教育的春天。

一、建立和谐平等的师生关系,让学生愉快学习
首先,教师要关心爱护学生。我校有三分之一的学生远离父母到我校学习,老师和蔼可亲的语气、协调自如的表情、真诚的微笑、信任的眼神、恰当的鼓励,为学生带来感官上和精神上的愉悦;课后多和他们接触,从生活上多关心他们,注意他们在情绪、思想和行为上的变化,就像父母一样与之多交流、多谈心,帮助他们答疑解难。其次,教师要平等对待学生,教师要尊重学生,保护他们的自尊心和积极性,对学生应以鼓励为主,及时发现他们的点滴进步,给予肯定或表扬,使学生感觉到自己时刻在进步,不断体验到成功的喜悦,提高其学习英语的兴趣和信心。兴趣是推动学生学习的一种动力。愉快教学就是通过营造轻松、欢快的课堂气氛,培养学生的兴趣,激发学生的学习热情和积极性。我采取了一些方法,如:帮助班上的同学改英文名,尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化、生活故事,使他们能够爱上英语。
二、做好记忆方法指导,让学生轻松学习
1、语音规则记忆法。在教授生词的时候,我根据本课的新单词,联系旧单词,总结读音规则。如:在教新单词时,总结出字母a的读音规则。a在单词past、half中是发[a:],在单词late、game中是发[ei:]。我还同时联系学过的单词中含字母组合ar的单词dark、quarter、sharpener等,复习字母a的发音规则和字母组合ar、aw、ea的发音规则。通过这样的总结,学生能顺利地读出单词,渐渐也能写出单词。
2、扩展联想记忆法。在教生词travel的时候引导学生联想到表示旅行的交通工具,boat、bus、ship、plane、car、 taxi. minibus and so on;并且可以联系by、take、on、in的用法。当学习动词visit时,要引导学生想到一系列的与"看"有关的动词或短语see、watch、read、look at、lookaf ter、take care of。久而久之,学生在看到一个房间的时候,就有可能想到desk、chair、broom、sofa、book等一系列的单词。
3、归类集中记忆法。鼓励学生将所学过的单词归类集中:按归属范围归类,如文具类、蔬菜类、水果类、交通工具类、月份星期类;按词的用法特点归类,如带双宾语的动词、带宾语+宾语补足语的动词、后接动词不定式作宾语的动词、后接动名词作宾语的动词、动名词和动词不定式兼用作宾语有区别的动词。按句型结构归类,如"想干某事"可有如下句型:want to do sth,want sb to do sth, want sth,would like to do sth.按字母组合归类,如以字母组合ook结尾的单词有cook、book、look等;按同义词、反义词进行归类,
4、构词分组记忆法。引导学生利用构词法可以迅速、准确地记忆单词,增加词汇量,下册的Unit21,动词ing构成中有一条是以重读闭音节结尾且未尾只有一个辅音字母的动词,需双写这一辅音字母再+ing,让学生着实难以理解。教师可仅就初一册中常出的需双写辅音字母的动词罗列出来,如:put-putting,begin-beginning,stop -stopping,swlm-swlmming, run-running, get-getting, sit-sitting等,然后再按一定顺序排列,使之成为一段有意义的话:get begin swim run stop put sit,得到(get) -个命令,开始(begin)游泳(swim)和跑步(run),停止(stop)比赛后,穿上(put´- on)衣服,坐下(sit)休息一会儿。这样同学们只需记住一段对于自己来说太好记不过的话,就可解决很多易错的问题。
