宽容是对国家、对社会的责任感。宽容者心怀天下，以一天下之心而为天下之事。于兵马乱世，他们挺身而出，安定四方;处太平盛世，他们“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”。在宽容者心中，不仅有人、朋友，更多的是国家、是民族、是天下苍生。他们可以“为中华之崛起而读书”，可以“指点江山，激扬文字”，可以“捐躯赴国难，视死忽如归”!试问倘无司马迁为天下修史之决心，何来“无韵之离骚”?又试问倘无千万革命先辈胸怀天下的赤子之心，何来今天的共和国?他们都是历史的强者，在他们身上都闪耀着一种光芒――宽容。

宽容还是对优秀多元思想的兼容并包。“大海不择细流，方能就其深;泰山不让土壤，故能成其大。”勇于包容他人的思想，博采众长，也是一种宽容。正因唐太宗能虚心接受魏徵的谏言，才成就一代明君。唐王朝始终以一种大国气度容纳天下，才为世界所敬服;而反观明清二朝，却严令禁海，闭关锁国，枉称大国，而无大国之气度，终将中国拉入了落后的深渊，酿成中国难以回首的百年耻辱，读史当明理，作为我们，要以史为鉴，志存高远，万不可因一时得失而迷失自我。

人常言：“比大地广阔的是海洋，比海洋广阔的是天空，比天空广阔的是人的胸怀。”在中学时代，我们不仅要努力学习知识，还要学做人，学做一个宽容的人;从不因一时意气斤斤计较，而是严以律已，宽以待人，与人为善，团结奋进。

学会了宽容，成于中而形于外，我们自然就拥有了气质与风度;学会了宽容，我们才能虚怀若谷地汲取更多的知识，学会了宽容，我们才能铸就为天下人谋利的胸襟和抱负，我们的理想才会如雄鹰般飞翔!

天下没有不散的宴席，与其回忆过去，不如抓住现在，我们需要团结起来，去取得更加辉煌的成就，在上周学校组织的拓展活动中，我受益匪浅，闻到了新的班级气息，看到了班级的新的潜力股，同学们纷纷建言献策，给我感受最深的是在第二个活动中，我们班的同学起初一盘散沙，第一次失败让我们有了一些教训，必须团结协作我们成功了，每个人的'脸上都露出了笑容。.紧接着，我们又进行了第三个项目：“自由飞翔”，我们似乎真的蜕变成一只展翅翱翔的雄鹰，搏击长空，我们又成功了。每一次项目的合作，

可能有人说是坚强，是追求，是前进，他是所有的良善之词，但是却无法给它一个完整的定义，那么今天就由我来说一下我的理解吧。正能量他代表着人生一种积极的向上姿态，如果说生命是一座庄严的城堡，如果说生命是一株苍茂的大树，如果说生命是一只飞翔的海鸟。那么，正能量就是那穹顶的梁柱，就是那深扎的树根，就是那扇动的翅膀。没有正能量，生命的动力便荡然无存;没有正能量，生命的美丽便杳然西去。

对于我们少年来说，什么又是属于我们的正能量呢?我们正青春，拥有无限的潜力，拥有无限的正能量。作为一名学生，传递正能量的首要表现恐怕就是学习了，用自己对学习的热情，感染身边的同学，为老师为父母带来一份安慰，为自己博一个前程。我们更是社会的一员，为社会传递正能量更是我们责无旁贷的责任了，扶老奶奶过马路传递爱心，把垃圾捡到垃圾桶保护我们的家园，对给自己盛饭的阿姨说一声谢谢，虽然微小，但足以温暖人心。所以，传递正能量，千万不要“勿以量小而不为”，正能量本身就是小力量的集聚，改变整个社会。

在《因为痛，所以叫青春》这本书了，作者有个很妙的比喻，假如人能活到八十岁，与一天的二十四小时做比例，再拿现在自己的年龄与一天的二十四小时做比例，就能得出十七岁的我们正处在早上的五点二十分!对于我们的一天来说，正是积蓄力量的睡眠时间!同样对于人生来说，我们正青春!这样充满活力，充满潜力的我们不是正能量最好的传播载体吗?我们享受正能量带给我们的鼓舞，振奋与幸福，又怎么能不加入成为传递的一员呢?只有正青春的我们的加入，才能给这支大军注入新鲜的血液，使它激情四射。

难忘记，当上村官儿的那个日子。20_年9月27号。这一天，我正式成为了一名工作人员，一名服务农村的工作人员，一名大学生村官儿。就像20_年6月8号我正式成为一名党员的那天一样，我激动，我兴奋，我骄傲。

难忘记，老百姓那高兴的眼神。在镇财政所，我主要的工作是审核家电下乡的信息，老百姓每买一台家电，就有一份单子需要经过我的手进行审核。虽然每天的工作比较单调，但是审核的单子越多，就越说明老百姓们生活变好了，国家家电下乡的惠民政策落实了。老百姓那高兴的眼神，是我了解国家惠民政策的力量源泉，是我认真审核每一份单子的精神食粮，是我回访每位购买者的不竭动力!这几年国家的政策都在向三农倾斜，每项惠民政策能不能落实好，能不能让老百姓都受益，多思利民之策、多谋为民之举、多做惠民之事，是我们每个基层工作者都应该思考的问题。这让我更多的感觉到了身上的一份责任，一份使命——为人民服务的使命!

难忘记，基层工作者的默默奉献。在秋收防火工作的一线，昼夜巡防在田间地头，两三天才能回一次家;在十维稳工作期间，20多天没能回家。这些工作，看似没有什么技术含量可言，但它需要一份责任心，一份对待工作的认真态度;这些工作，从一开始的新鲜感到后来的疲惫，我真切体会到凡事想要做好都不容易;这些工作，只是基层工作的任务缩影，真所谓“不识庐山真面目, 只缘身在此山中”，我真切体会到基层工作者的不容易。20多天不能回家，对于我们新来的没有什么家庭负担的一群人，几乎没有什么大不了，可是想想周围的领导、大哥大姐们，他们上有老、下有小，但我从来没有听到他们有任何一句的抱怨，没有看到他们有一丝的工作懈怠。他们带着强烈的责任心，抱着认真负责的工作态度，日夜奋战、无怨无悔。这种精神，在悄无声息的感化着我，这种精神，在慢慢的注入我的骨髓。有这样一群有干劲的领导和同事，我相信，在他们的影响下、帮助下，不管再苦再累的工作，我同样可以像他们一样努力的做到最好!

难忘记，转变身份后的渴望。从一个学生跨步到一名工作者，身份的转变，我没有不适应，更多的是对各种工作的好奇，更多的是在想我能做多少，我能把自己的工作做到有多好，年轻人都渴望得到别人的认可，渴望得到他人的肯定，我也一样!我从小就想做个对他人有意义的人，从小学到大学接受的教育就是做个对社会有用的人，对国家有用的人，对他人有用的人。我希望看到别人对我投来信任的眼神，希望看到我带给他人多多的欢乐!

难忘记，选择工作的纠结判定。我大学学的是计算机科学与技术专业，目前这是一个热门的专业，也是一个容易找到一份收入不错工作的专业。但当北京工作的通知和大学生村官的通知同时出现在我的面前时，我犹豫了，是去北京拿一个月四千的工作并且半年后提升项目组长的机会，还是去当这个只有三年合同一个月1700块钱并且我所学的技术大部分都会无用武之地村官。因为有选择，我纠结了好多天，想了很多，到底什么才是我想要的。最终我选择了来到这里，选择了自己的家乡，选择了做一名基层的服务人员。因为在我的内心深处总有一种声音在回荡，那就是，我是一名党员，应该扎根基层，应该去为人民服务。那就是，我是一名从农村走出来的大学生，应该将自己的所有精力奉献回馈在农村。那就是，我有着家乡的情节，这里是我的家!还记得第一天从镇上的宿舍里醒来时睁开眼看到窗外的一片田地，听到鸟儿们在外面唧唧喳喳的叫声，深呼吸闻到一阵阵乡土的气息。心敞亮了，笑开心了，那时我便肯定的知道了我的选择是正确的。我相信，在这里我一样可以展现自我的价值，一样可以有一个无悔的青春!

我今天演讲的主题是“如果你完成了你开始的，你就会成功”。古希腊著名哲学家苏格拉底曾是一名中学教师。一天，他对全班同学说，让我们玩握手游戏吧。这个游戏很简单，很难向前握手三百次，然后向后握手三百次，但是每天都要这样做。学生们说这个游戏很简单，可以做得很好。一周后，苏格拉底问全班同学游戏进行得怎么样。学生们都举起手来。一个月后，当苏格拉底再次做统计时，全班90%的学生仍在做。一年后，当苏格拉底再次向全班讲话时，只有一名学生举手。亚里士多德在他的学习和生活中，凭着这种坚韧不拔的精神，自觉地运用自己的意志，最终在哲学领域取得了前所未有的成就，他的哲学思想仍然散发着智慧的光芒。
