也许在别人心中，我是个乐观的人，并没有太多的烦恼。殊不知我的烦恼并不少，其中学不好英语最令我头疼，它就懔是一张粘鼠板，我越挣扎就被粘得越紧。

每当英语老师在讲台前滔滔不绝地讲课时，我总是一本正经地望着老师邓一张一合的嘴巴，却不知道老师究竟在说什么每次我咬紧牙关翻开英语书准备好好学习时，总感觉书上的字母都在疯狂地跳着华尔兹，我怎么也看不懂上面到底写了什么每当同学们自信满满地交上英语作业时，我却只字未动，看着讲台上邓一摞高高的作业本，我真恨不得自己找个地洞钻进去·····。

就在昨天，我做完了语文和数学作业，正准备好好放松一下，却不由自主地想到了英语作业本上少得可怜的钩。算了，为了能听懂英语老师讲课的内容，为了能看懂英语书上的单词，为了能按时交上英语作业，为了期末英语考试不抱。大鸭蛋》······我还是努力搏一搏吧。我一边想一边大义凛然地抱起英语书背起了单间spring、...ing"···春季。。我机械地背着单词，反反复复，心里却不时地想这外国人可真够怪的，创造的单词怎么这么难背，我还不信我背不出!

不知不觉10分钟过去了，20分钟过去了，一个钟头过去了······。天哪，我怎么才背了一个单元的单词'?为什么我不是外国人啊!。一番感叹后，又忘了几个单词，照这速度，我的"周末计划"肯定要泡汤了。没办法，谁让我的英语不咋地呢!用一甸话来概括我当时的心情，真可谓。哥背的不是单词，是烦恼。。后天就是周末了，看来这个周末我只能在枯燥的背单词声中结束了，一想到这些，就觉得自己好可怜。真烦啊!

写日记，是一种自由写作。内容形式不受限制，文体要求不严。因为日记往往是写给自己看的，所以写日记的人有许多自由，能够轻轻松松毫无思想负担地去写。这种自由写作的作用不可小看，只要能坚持每天都写，写作能力就能大大提高，超过那些只在考试写书面表达时才动笔的学生。就象正式接受游泳训练前经常跳进水里嬉戏的人，能更快地学会游泳一样。有写日记习惯的人在掌握了一定的写作技巧后，就能写出较好的文章来。

用英语写日记能更快更好地学以致用。学生在学习过程中，每天扩大吸收的词汇、习语、句型等如果不能及时消化，不过几天就会忘掉一大半。写日记的学生就有机会及时反复地使用这些新词语、新句型等加以巩固，如此反复地运用，日积月累，就能够加深英语基本功，特别是笔头表达能力。

用英语写日记是锻炼用英语思维的好方法。初学写作的人用英语写命题作文，往往用汉语进行构思，然后“译”成英语，因此，这种写作往往会成为中国式的英语。写英语日记则不同，人们总是习惯于把自己感受最深的东西写成日记。这种感受不必先构思再翻译，而是自然形成后用文字表达出来的。所以每次下笔前，写日记的学生会比较自然地用英语总结自己的感受，先想出一两个关键的英语词语，以后慢慢组成完整的句子，再逐渐发展这个句子的意思，久而久之，就养成用英语思维的习惯。而只有用英语进行思维，才能写出较好的英语句子和语段。

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：“你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。”艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

肩负一份责任

今天，我考了很多同学英语单词，并且让她们的同桌考他们第二轮、第三轮，直到全对为止，其中就有一直很愿意帮助同学的卓，她真是个温文尔雅的好姑娘。还有一个就是让我刮目相看的达，我一直认为学习好的同学只会学习，不会帮助别人，但这一观点，将从今天起转变。我让达督促他的同桌然背单词，达尽职尽责，不仅监督然学习，还一字一句的教他。中午，我见然回到教室开始学习，虽说是在补之前欠的债，但我还是很欣喜的，不多久，达也回来了，是回来帮助然的，着实让我很受感动。在达身上，我看到了一份对同学无私奉献的爱和他那弱小的肩上支起的坚定的责任!相比之下，辛，你要加油了!今天就你没有考呀，至少该对自己负责吧，期待可以看到你主动来找我听写哦!
