I am fascinated by the great masters refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.

踌躇满志蓄势待发

3年前我毕业于陕西省长安大学交通运输专业。在东北某大型国有集团工作了2年后,于去年4月来到上海。不久就进入和记黄埔旗下一家合资物流公司的仓储部门任仓储调度。

今年4月合同到期,已升迁到仓储主管的我离开了这家公司。踌躇满志的我把目光瞄准了500强外资大公司。可现实是无情的,屡屡碰壁后,我的自信心开始动摇了……

TNT 专业欠缺遭婉拒

世界500强荷兰TNT是全球4大快递公司之一。给我面试机会的是TNT的子公司,一家专做汽车配件的汽车物流公司。

4月上旬某日下午1点,我来到曹杨路轻轨站附近的一幢大楼参加面试。先填写了中文报名表,在填报具体职位时我有点犹豫,在空格中写了2个职位:运输主管和仓储主管。

面试官是2位中国人,HR经理和物流经理。自我介绍结束后,HR经理指着报名表发问:“你在3年里做了3家公司,稳定性好像差一点。”我忙解释:“我在东北做了2家公司,一家是集团总公司,一家是分公司,其实是同一家公司。”他又问:“我们要求应聘者有上海户口,你从东北过来,有没有上海户口 ”我拿出上海居住证说:“在和黄工作时我办了上海居住证,按照规定,‘四金’等待遇都可以享受。”2位面试官好奇地拿过居住证翻看起来,他们都说是第一次看到上海居住证。

物流经理问:“为什么填2个职位,到底应聘哪个职位 ”我说:“我学的是交通运输,在东北做过运输管理工作;来上海后又做了1年仓储管理工作,2个岗位都可以做。”

物流经理流露出不太信任的口气说:“我们要求有5年相关工作经验,你只工作了3年,经验不足!你在和黄做的是快速消费品,我们做的是汽车配件,你的专业经历不行!”尽管我竭力辩解,2位面试官还是不为所动。一周后我收到英文Mail,通知我面试未通过。

面试失败的主要原因虽是专业经历欠缺,但填2个应聘职位这一细节失误也难辞其咎。

马士基 答题太慢被淘汰

总部位于丹麦的马士基也是世界500强企业和全球最大的物流公司之一,应聘的子公司在人民广场附近一幢大厦内。面试时间是早上10点,可一直等到10点30分,还不见有关工作人员出现。30多名应聘者就这样等着。总算盼来了一位女HR主管,会议室门一开,大家就涌了进去———我应聘的是物流专员,见此场面心里发毛:这么多人竞争这个职位啊!

女HR主管发下考卷,说好时间只有10分钟。拿到考卷吃了一惊:竟有10多张纸!再一看几乎全是图表符号和逻辑运算题,没有一道专业题,有点像智商测试。题目不太难,我一道道做下去很顺利,却忘了时间限制。刚做到第6张纸,却听女HR主管一声令下:“10分钟到了,收卷。”交卷后问了其他人,才知道他们应聘的是其他职位,再想到自己虽只完成了一半题目,但准确率应该很高,于是心中稍安。

一周后马士基的英文Mail来了,通知我因不符合招聘要求而被淘汰了。我看了心中有气:既然不符合招聘要求为什么还让我去参加智商测试!后来我冷静下来分析,可能是答题速度太慢、分数太低的原因。“不符合招聘要求”可能只是委婉的说法。

东芝 形象不佳未过关

8月下旬,我意外接到东芝一家分公司女HR经理的电话:“在《职场指南》‘自荐英雄榜’上看到你的资料,希望寄一份更详细的简历给我。”我连夜将简历用Mail发了过去。几天后女HR经理打来电话问:“今天你怎么没来参加面试啊 ”我莫名其妙地反问:“没有收到面试通知啊。”她如梦方醒地说:“可能是助理忘记通知了。你明天上午10点过来面试。”连应聘什么职位都没说就把电话挂了。韩国LG公司也通知我在这天下午2点30分参加面试,上下午应聘2家500强企业,也是巧事。

等待面试时,发现公司员工都用上海话交谈———之前还担心自己不懂日语该怎么办呢!

当我踏进小会议室时,从对面女HR经理的眼神里分明捕捉到了一丝失望———我的穿着打扮一向很随意,面试时从来不穿西装不戴领带,这天气候又比较炎热,只穿了一件旧的休闲T恤,头上的汗还没有擦干净,所以面试官对我的第一印象就不太好。

自我介绍完后,她问:“你对数据库编程掌握得怎么样 ”我心里奇怪:“以我的专业经历,不是做物流就是做仓储方面的工作,会操作数据库就可以了。数据库编程是IT部门的事。”于是如实回答:“数据库编程我不行,读大学时就不太喜欢。”面试中她问了不少让我有点难堪的问题:“我们要求有上海常住户口,你有吗 ”“你把自己介绍得非常好,你真有这么好吗 ”语气里流露出明显的不信任。

面试又失败了。关键还是第一印象不太好。虽然责任在自己,但心里还是有气:是你们主动找上我的,还这么不宽容!

LG 仓促上阵受“围堵”

下午我乘地铁再换乘公交,提前10分钟赶到位于浦东金桥开发区的韩国LG分公司。接待小姐将我领进一间会议室,里面坐着3位面试官。一位HR经理、一位运作部经理,都是中国人,中间一位面试官的汉语带着明显的口音,而且语速很慢,应该是韩国人。

先用英文作自我介绍,表达还算流利。接着韩国人用汉语问了一些问题:“来上海几年了 ”“工作情况怎么样啊 ”都不难回答。

这段时间因为不断地投简历,不断地参加面试,事前的准备工作就有点松懈了。接到LG面试通知后,我竟想不起当初应聘的是哪个职位了。我当然不能直截了当地问面试官,于是自以为婉转地问:“我应聘的职位有什么要求 ”运作经理当即指出:“你来求职竟连这个职位的要求都不知道吗 ”我连忙辩解:“我是想了解清楚以后便于将来开展工作。”运作经理又问了有关海关报关方面的专业问题,因为之前的工作偏重于仓储方面,我的回答不太理想。我边回答边做手势,可能是动作大了点,韩国人突然大笑起来,2个中国面试官也跟着笑起来。我尴尬地看着他们,一股遭遇“围堵”的感觉涌了上来。
