Abstract With prosperity and continuous enrollment at the University of vocational students in private colleges and universities of applied higher as more and more people are being educated concern， compared with ordinary undergraduate college students， vocational students in mental health even more special. Vocational students from the reality， there are many factors， such as social environment， family economy， employment status will affect their mental health， but coping style， personality characteristics of individual factors on mental health vocational students have a very important role. In this paper， several students in vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province as the research object， with the relationship between personality traits， the way to deal mental health and to explore how personality traits and coping styles affect the mental health of vocational students.

1 高职学生应对方式一般情况

本研究的结果显示，高职学生应对方式分值从高到低依次为：解决问题、求助、幻想、退避、合理化、自责，总体上高职生能够采用成熟的应对方式。个体面对应激时采取的应对方式并不是单一的，而是多种多样。六种应对方式构成了三种组合：解决问题―求助属于成熟型，退避―自责属于不成熟型，合理化属于混合型。本研究结果显示，面对问题时，高职学生最多采用解决问题、求助这两种应对方式，即成熟型应对方式。这反映高职学生在面临问题时，能采取一些解决问题、求助等成熟的应对方式，通过积极的努力，寻求别人的支持，将问题解决，而相对较少采用退避、幻想等不成熟的应对方式，这表明高职生在面对应激源时能够表现出较成熟稳定的行为方式。

与普通大学生相比，高职生在幻想、退避、合理化因子上得分显著高于大学生常模（t = 2.11，p

首先，高职学生可用的心理资源较普通大学生少。他们的自我效能感低于普通大学生，研究表明，高自我效能感、高社会支持的个体更加自信，倾向于采用积极应对方式；而低自我效能感、低社会支持的个体倾向于采用消极。高职学生与普通大学生相比，缺少自信，可获得社会支持也少，这些都会影响他们对应对方式的选择。

其次，社会对高职学生的认可程度低于本科学生，高职学生比普通大学生面临更大的就业压力，这就使得高职学生感受到很大的应激源。应对方式是个体面对应激源时采取的认知和行为方式，它受应激源的影响，若应激源的强度过大，个体使用现有心理资源无法面对这些困境，就会采取一些消极逃避的方式。

2 人格特征、应对方式与心理健康的关系分析

高职生应对方式对心理健康有一定影响，具体情况如下：

应对方式是影响个体生理和心理健康的重要变量，它决定个体面对压力源时产生何种程度的压力，对个体的生理和心理健康起着非常重要的作用。Lazarus（1984）认为应对方式通过三种维度影响个体的心理健康状况：第一，通过应激反应的频率、强度、持续时间等影响健康；第二，个体采用的不良应对行为会影响个体的健康水平，如采取酗酒、吸烟、吸毒等，会引发疾病，从而影响个体的心理健康水平；第三，面对应激源时个体会采用一些消极应对方式，这类应对方式会使个体产生不良情绪，这类不良情绪即不利于个体心理健康，也阻碍个体积极有效的解决问题。

根据本研究结果，高职学生应对方式和心理健康之间有密切关系，其中，解决问题和症状自评量表各因子呈不同程度的显著负相关；自责和症状自评量表各因子及总分成不同程度的显著正相关；合理化与症状自评量表各因子分及总分呈不同程度的正相关。由此可知，积极的应对方式，如解决问题、求助等，都有助于个体心理健康；而消极的应对方式，如自责、幻想、退避等都不利于个体的心理健康。经常使用自责和退避这类应对方式，个体会较多把压力指向内在，遇到问题自责自弃，长此以往，个体容易自卑，产生不良的自我暗示或消极期待；并且，个体长期使用消极对内的应对方式，不良情绪的不到宣泄，随着时间积累，就会影响身体健康，从而出现躯体化症状，如头疼、失眠等，经常使用退避这种不良的应对方式，遇到困境个体会退缩，没有勇气与动力解决问题，长此以往，可能对生活失去兴趣，产生悲观的情绪，影响身心健康。

相反，采取解决问题等积极应对方式，个体会从中获得自信、成就，获得较高水平的自尊，这样的良性循环，个体就拥有较多的心理资源，增强了对环境的适应能力，面对困境也不会轻易出现心理问题。

第二，本研究发现，高职生人格特质对应对方式有一定影响，具体情况如下：

高职学生人格特质和应对方式有显著相关，其中，内外向与解决问题、求助成不同程度的显著正相关；神经质与自责、幻想、退避、合理化成不同程度的显著正相关，与解决问题成显著负相；精神质与自责、幻想、退避、合理化成不同程度的显著正相关，与解决问题、求助呈显著负相关。

由于个体具有不同的人格特质，当遇到环境中不同的应激情境，应对方式会相应的表现出多元性的特点，即不同的个体会使用不同的应对方式，而不同的应对方式所产生的后果不同。内外向与解决问题等积极应对方式呈正相关，说明越是外向的个体越善于采用解决问题、求助这样的积极应对方式。外向的人活泼开朗乐观，善于宣泄不良情绪，遇到难题也能乐观面对，积极解决，当问题超过个人能力范围时，也会主动求助于他人；而内向的个体则相反，遇到问题容易自责、悲观，产生不良情绪，不能冷静考虑问题，不容易采取正确的应对方式。

神经质、精神质与自责、幻想等呈显著正相关，说明情绪不稳定的个体不能很好地采取积极地应对方式，神经质得分高的个体常常焦虑，担心，遇到应激情境，不能理智地分析，寻找正确解决办法，而是容易出现不理智的行为，这不利于问题的解决；精神质得分高的个体不关心他人，难以适应外部环境，人际关系较差，他们遇到困难，不会主动寻求帮助，他们试图通过想象来幻想问题得到解决，通过这种方式来维持心理的平衡，但是这会影响个体的心理健康状况，导致不同程度的心理问题。

关键词：人格教育；高中历史；教学实践

随着历史课程改革的进一步推进，越来越多高校在教育教学中贯彻落实新课程标准，将历史教学中的人格教育凸显到了一个重要的位置。

一、创新教学模式

我们在高中历史课堂上需要做的工作是“旧曲新唱”，所谓“旧曲”也就是说我们的史实是基本不变的，是经受过时间考验的；至于“新唱”，也就是指将教育方式方法进行创新发展，采用新点子、新思路迎合教育发展。笔者曾经观摩过北京师范大学附属中学袁腾飞老师的课堂，学生反应热烈，这足以表现出对袁老师上课模式的喜爱。在知识点相同的情况下，袁老师能够用自身的历史功底对学生循循善诱，用风趣的语言去感染学生。这让每一名高中历史教师看到了新课改中历史课的前景，也看到了过去我们教育教学方式的固化、僵化和陈旧化。因此，创新教育模式是每一位历史教师应当思考的问题。

德国教育家齐勒尔和赖因在赫尔巴特四段教学模式的基础上，提出了五段教学法，可以让教师更直观、更全面地掌握整个课堂，使其制订的教学计划有序进行，还能够让学生在短时间内接受更多的知识。教师满堂灌是完全不可取的，但当前教育界鼓吹的所谓“学案教学法”“元认知法”“研究型学习”等，呼吁让学生反客为主，自己获取知识，教师仅用答疑的方式进行教育教学的方式，笔者认为在历史学科教学中也是不可取的，因为历史学科的方法培养和知识建构需要长年累月的书本知识以及大量的生活阅历，仅仅靠学生自行探索，很容易让学生走邪路、歪路。历史是政治性非常强的一门学科，因此，历史教师必须使课堂的走向在控制之中，让学生跟随自己的脚步前进，才能使人格教育理念真正付诸实践。

二、采用多种教学方式

在传统的历史教育教学评价中，教师往往将能否完整地背出、默出历史知识和考试的具体成绩当成评价的尺度，以历史知识掌握的程度和多少来判定学生的历史学习能力，这样就使教师和学生都走入了一个误区，即认为学习历史只要死记硬背就行。但是对待某一历史事件的态度、情感、价值观是三维课程标准中非常重要的一部分，加上高考制度改革的进一步发展，如今的高考中，有关历史观的考查日益增多。历史观是价值观的重要组成部分，如何让学生正确地看待历史事件，用正确的态度来对待历史，是当下历史教育非常重要的环节。

因此，随着考试内容的人性化，教育教学的方式也应当向多样化发展。在历史教学中对于知识与技能的评价可采用提问、作业、口试、笔试等形式，而对于情感、价值观方面可以适当组织历史辩论赛、历史小论文评比，开展与课程有关的史料的收集评比活动，发挥学生的个性特长，调动他们积极向上、勇为人先的内在能动性，帮助学生形成敢于拼搏的人格品质，以推动他们人格的不断完善，并通过该项方式来实现历史教学培养健全人格的目标。

三、增加教学内容

首都师大教授赵亚夫先生在《历史教学中的人格教育》中指出：“讲屈原只知《离骚》名，不知《离骚》事……说到司马迁，只有一本书，一句话的印象，谈到张骞、苏武不过陪衬丝绸之路而已……”笔者在山西某山区学校担任历史教师一职三年多，感受颇深。学生只知道教材与教师讲授的内容，对于人物的生平没有更深入的了解，就是说学生对于历史知识的掌握只是浅层次地“知其然”，而 “所以然”的部分学生却无从知晓。一方面的原因是教材内容上人物生平等知识点的匮乏，但更为重要的原因是教师工作的失职。教师应将某一事件的来龙去脉、某一历史人物的生平情况介绍清楚，这样才有利于学生建构大的历史框架，形成完整的历史观。
