一、选择多元，体现学生差异性

叶澜教授在自己的书中这样写到："承认每一个学生都具有自己的独特性，相互之间存在差异，这是学生观中"差异性"的主要含义。因为每个人不可能都站在同一起跑线上，不可能用同样的速度，沿着同一的途径，达到相同的终点。更为积极的态度是，研究差异、发展个体的特长、使学生群体呈现出的统一，为各种人才的成长打好基础，提供条件。" 在日常教学过程中，我更是深刻地体会到了这一点，希望能通过有针对性的布置英语作业，让每一个学生都能养成良好的学习习惯。

1、"按需制订"的作业选择。

虽然传统的作业方式存在着不少不足之处，但是这些形式也是学习语言类学科所必须的。我发现有时候，抄写的内容越少，学生做作业越积极，作业本越整洁，字迹也更加端正。大量的抄写内容会让学生产生畏惧和厌恶的心理，反而不愿认真去做。

其实抄写的最终目的是为了让学生牢记单词句子，所以每次在布置抄写作业时，我尽量避免那些重复的、学生已经熟知的内容；只是用课件把当天新学的单词和句型摘出，请学生观察后，根据自己的需要，舍去两个能轻松背出的单词和一句有把握背出的句子，然后抄写剩下的内容。

2、"按能制订"的作业选择

有些同学有着良好的记忆能力，一个单词新学的时候拼读几遍就能轻松背出；而有些同学，今天默写、订正后再背出的单词，第二天，仍无法流利地完整背出。对于这些同学，给他们布置相同的作业显然是不合适的。为此我请每位同学准备了一本家默本，平时作为回家作业用来默写当天抄写的内容。在学校默写时，只要学生默写全对，我就请课代表记下名字，下一次家默本的默写作业可以不做。这样一方面照顾到学生间的差异，避免重复劳动；另一方面也大大地提高了学生的学习积极性。

二、形式多元，关注学生能力发展。

随着课程改革的不断深入，英语教材的内容越来越贴近生活，也极富趣味性，符合儿童的发展特点。所以，除了传统的抄默读背外，我们也使用了很多新颖的作业形式。

1、语言智能化作业

对语言智力强的少儿来说，在学习时是用语言及文字来思考，对话表演、角色扮演、讲故事、描述物品、词汇造句等形式的作业可以培养学生的语言智能。如学习了"Unit 3 My Friends"一课后，教师可设计这样的课后练习给学生选做：

（1）词汇造句：friends/longhair/short hair/thin/strong/quiet/music/science/sports/com-puter game painting。例句：My friend has gotlong hair。She likes music。

（2）写一段话描述自己的好朋友。

（3）编一段对话讨论朋友。

On the other hand, riding the bicycle can protect our environment. Bicycle works with our legs instead of the gasoline. The gasoline burns and it lets out the air which can pollute our environment. So taking the bike is a good way to protect our environment.

I think I will continue to keep bike as my favorite transportation.
