不能胜任的，只好放弃竞选。

剩下的就是班长，副班长，学习委员了，我想角逐，毛遂自荐。

二年级时，我就一直任小组长，学习委员，那时老师和同学都认为得还不错，我也时常与一个班干部的身份严格要求自己。上了三年级时，就一直换>班主任，但我副班长和小组长的职位还一直沿袭了下来!

几年如一日，我越加热爱学习，虽然还有粗心大意、骄傲自满的缺点，但是自己感觉在不断进步，在不断修正自己，还算优秀的学生。对老师和同学都很尊敬、团结、友善!

我认为我有能力做好班长，首先，我觉得我的成绩大体上不错，有资格成为同学们学习方面的榜样，不过仍有不少缺点，但我会尽力改正。其次，我小学时从二年级开始担任班干部，在管理班级上多多少少有一些经验，不过当然也有做得不够好之处，对于我工作上的弱点我也会尽量克服。最后，也是最重要的一条，我有信心当好我们班的班长。

虽说我以前并没有当过班长，但我觉得有经验是因为有了机会，没有人是天生的班长。我希望大家能给我这么一个机会。
