0引言

高校英语专业英语教学中，听说读写译是语言的基本功，基本功的训练是英语教学的首要任务。其中，写作是英语专业技能课程中的必修课，“写”往往是英语技能中最薄弱最不易提升的环节，是英语教学中的重点也是难点。笔者通过长期英语专业写作教学的实践，总结摸索出一套行之有效的教学策略，而这些策略皆是在人文关怀的观照下产生的，现进行条分缕析，以供交流参考。

1注重培养写作兴趣

兴趣是增强记忆、决定学习效率和学习热情的重要因素，对英语专业写作教学而言，在兴趣的导引下，学生将会把枯燥的写作课程转化为愉悦的体验过程，并能够积极主动进行课外学习和实践，从而加强自身的思维能力和创新能力，写作水平自然也会显著提高。

然而，我们目前看到的却是大多数学生觉得写作课索然无味，没什么兴趣，这里面除了我国学生对非母语的语言敏感性不够强以及自身没有足够的输入等原因之外，笔者认为我们的写作教学尚缺乏人文关怀，以致一定程度上没有激发学生的写作兴趣，或者说学生原本有写作兴趣，却被打压下去了。那么如何在写作中使学生感受到人文关怀，产生兴趣呢？

1.1 鼓励发言与讨论每个学生的写作内容和风格是完全不同的。因此，教师不妨鼓励他们踊跃发表自己的看法，思想和意见，倾听他们的心声，这无疑是人文关怀的体现。另外，在给学生展示范文时，教师也应独具匠心，最好展示一好一坏两篇文章，让学生自己选出哪篇文章好，并说出不好的那篇文章不好在哪里，要具体指出来，不能泛泛而谈。通过一段时间此项训练，笔者发现，自己班级的学生语言敏感性增强了，语言鉴赏能力提高了，对英语写作的兴趣也渐趋浓厚。

1.2 勿滥用表扬目前一些高校采取学生对教师评分的办法，以促进教师教学，有的还将评分结果纳入教师考核成绩，然而此法带来的弊端是部分教师为迎合学生，对学生错误之处言辞闪烁含糊，不予明确指出，对够不上表扬的地方也会去表扬，动不动学生就会得到“Good job!”，这种状况是令人堪忧的。教师真正意义上给予学生人文关怀，就应当恰如其分地表扬学生，学生尚处于成长阶段，人生观世界观还都有局限，错误之处在所难免，对此要及时纠正，满怀爱心地注视他们成长的足迹，才是教师的职责所在。

2写作与阅读并重

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”是放之四海而皆准的真理，英语写作课如不要求学生大量阅读，很难想象学生写作水平会得到提升。人文关怀下的英语写作教学，应指导学生阅读的内容、范围，并对阅读心得进行讨论，或写成书面报告，总之，一定要求学生不间断地、有规律地进行阅读活动。

笔者曾要求学生定期阅读美国《时代》周刊，浏览人民网、新华网等英文网站，了解时事动态，并且阅读著名英美作家所写的诗歌，因为诗歌是语言的高度浓缩与提炼。学生坚持两学期之后，在英语遣词造句方面进步显著，思辨能力也有所提高，对两学期前自己所写的作文能提出中肯的修改意见。

3要求学生保存作文

学生每写一次作文，都是心血的付出，有的学生下笔前拿不准，要翻好多次字典，要尊重学生的劳动，同样也是人文关怀的体现。熟悉英语写作教学的人都知道，有些语病学生会不止一次地出现，让他们回顾自己写的文章，自己都会对里面简单的小错误发出会心的微笑。教育部外语教学指导委员会委员黄源深先生指出“学生的语言错误不是靠教师一两次批改就能改掉的，批改只是一种手段，一种对语言错误的警示。对某一错误的认识和改正，需要通过交际语境，经过多次反复才能完成。写作课教师千万不能把学生改正错误的希望寄托在一次批改上。”所以，要求学生保存作文，一方面可以让他们觉察到自己的进步，另一方面可以让他们自己看到某一错误他们犯了多少次，从而从意识上刻意避免这类错误。

4灵活运用现代科技手段

对于外语学习来说，并非所有的语言输入都能被学习者理解、吸收，仅有语言输入是不够的，学习者还需注意到输入中未知的语言成分，并通过与他人的交流进行意义协商，积极地建构自己的语言系统。交流又有口头交流和书面交流，除了课堂上的口头交流，及使用多媒体课件令课堂丰富多彩外，教师可利用网络等现代科技在课外与学生书面交流，教师可建立与学生的公共电子邮箱，鼓励学生可把日常生活的所见所想或对社会现象的思考用英文表达出来，可长可短，放在邮箱里，学生和教师都可以看，发表评论、留言，教师可在课堂上集中点评。构建这样一个协作学习的平台，主要目的是督促学生多练习写作，让学生体会到人与人之间沟通交流的意义，培养学生发现问题、解决问题的能力。

5结束语

大学英语专业写作教学任重道远，本着人文关怀精神，真正关心学生，了解学生，为学生着想，培养学生写作兴趣，从细节上关爱学生，尊重学生，令学生养成勤于阅读的习惯，灵活运用现代科技手段促进教学，注重培养学生思维能力和创新能力，将会使写作教学有声有色，令写作成为学生愉快而又难忘的人生体验。
